At Levantine Distributions, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:

Return Conditions

• Only unopened items can be returned. opened products are not eligible for return unless they have a manufacturing defect, are expired, or have an off-putting smell.
• Products with a foul or sour smell, or that taste unusual, are eligible for return. This includes any food or drink that appears or smells bad, indicating it may be unsafe or unusable.

Handling of Returns

• Returns are the responsibility of the customer; shipping costs for returns are at the customer’s expense.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@levantinedistributions.ca with your order details and reason for return. Please use: RETURN in subject line of your email.
• You can also return products at our head office in Montreal FREE of charge, Monday to Friday 10am-2pm at 449 rue Deslauriers, Saint-Laurent, QC.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale, except in the case of defective, expired, or spoiled products.

Exceptions & Disputes

• We do not accept returns for opened, used, or damaged items unless there is a manufacturing defect, expired product, or a product with an abnormal smell.
• If you believe your product qualifies for a return under these conditions, please provide detailed information and images if possible, to expedite the process.
